City of San Angelo Reports Internet Outage, Service Restoration

The City of San Angelo reported an internet outage affecting services for multiple departments.

As of press-time, most of the affected services have been restored.

Phone lines are back in operation and most services are restored. Billing has resumed normal operation.

The internet remains down as IT continues to work to have the connection restored.

Many phone lines are back online. Some lines remain down, but IT hopes to have all lines back in operation as soon as possible.

Utility payments may still be made as normal, including via online payment, but customers paying in person must have their account number ready and cannot pay with credit card.

Municipal Court can accept credit card payments online and in person.
