Trina's Kitchen: Almond Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies

1 cup unsweetened soy milk
¼ cup nonfat plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt
1 ripe medium banana
1 tablespoon almond butter
1½ teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon honey (optional)
Combine 1 cup soy milk, ¼ cup yogurt, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1½ teaspoons cocoa powder and ¼ teaspoon vanilla in a blender. Add ½ teaspoon honey, if desired. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
