San Angelo Police Detain Alleged Shooter in Incident
The San Angelo Police Department has detained a man and treated another for gunshot wounds following an incident at Jomar and Childress this afternoon. Concho Valley Homepage reported a heavy police presence in the area and oberserved one man being handcuffed while rescue workers were doing chest compressions on the victim.
